For those admitted to residency for the 2022/2023 academic year!

For the 2022/2023 academic year, those who have been admitted to the vacant seats of the residency of the Azerbaijan Medical University must sign a civil-law contract with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan and register.
After registering on the portal.edu.az platform, those admitted to the residency should personally submit the originals and copies of the listed documents on the date and address below:
- Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan - their identity cards, foreigners - their passports and (or) permission cards, stateless persons - the documents or permission cards issued to them to go outside the borders of their country of residence;
- document on basic (basic higher) medical education: graduates of the current year - certificate issued by the educational institution, graduates of previous years - diploma;
- persons who received higher education in foreign countries - documents confirming the recognition and equivalence of the qualification issued by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Doctors who are citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who have received higher specialized education in foreign countries and have undergone specialization after the diploma, the "Certificate on being allowed to engage in medical and pharmaceutical activities" issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
