The Ministry of Health held a flash mob in Mingachevir

Educational events and flash mobs are regularly held by the Ministry of Health in the capital and in various regions of the republic. The next action was organized in the city of Mingachevir.


The main purpose of the event held jointly with Mingachevir Medical College of the Ministry is to visually demonstrate the rules of providing first aid in cases of drowning, epileptic seizures and other emergencies.




During the action, the blood pressure and pulse rate of those wishing were measured. Students of the college also demonstrated closed heart massage and artificial respiration. Then informative booklets were distributed to the participants of the action.
The educational event aroused the great interest of the city residents.


Later, a flash mob called "First aid saves life" was organized with the participation of Mingachevir Medical College students and volunteers.




During the flash mob, the students of the college clearly demonstrated the rules for the correct provision of first aid in various emergency situations.


Also, "Learn First Aid - Practice!" quiz was held. At the end of the event, various gifts and prizes were presented to the winners.


A charity campaign was also held during the event. In the campaign, funds obtained from the sale of handicrafts, souvenirs and other products prepared by the college staff were directed to the purchase of New Year's gifts for children receiving treatment at the Mingachevir City Children's Neurological Sanatorium.


It should be noted that in the future, the Ministry of Health plans to hold educational campaigns and flash mobs in other cities and regions of the republic.
