A meeting was held at the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to our country, Mohammed Hamad Saad Al Fuhaid AlHajri.
Welcoming the guest, Minister of Health Teymur Musayev emphasized the successful development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Qatar. The minister highlighted the significant role of high-level reciprocal visits in strengthening the ties between the two countries.
In his speech, Teymur Musayev also noted the broad potential for the development of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Qatar in the field of healthcare. According to the minister, all necessary conditions exist for the exchange of modern methodological and scientific-practical information in the field of continuous professional development of medical specialists.
In conclusion, the Minister of Health of Azerbaijan expressed hope for continued fruitful cooperation.
In turn, Mohammed Hamad Saad Al Fuhaid AlHajri emphasized the high level of bilateral relations and noted that historical and traditionally friendly ties exist between the two countries.
The diplomat also expressed his country’s interest in expanding cooperation with Azerbaijan in the fields of healthcare and medical science.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the training of qualified personnel in the healthcare sector and other issues of mutual interest.
