A meeting with the president of the International Pediatric Association was held at the Ministry of Health
The Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan hosted a meeting with the president of the International Pediatric Association (IPA), Professor Enver Hasanoglu.
Welcoming the guests, Teymur Musayev expressed his appreciation regarding the activities of IPA aimed at solving problems related to the protection of children's health and social welfare in the world. In his speech, the minister emphasized that President Ilham Aliyev always pays special attention and care to protect children's health in Azerbaijan: "Protection of children's rights is one of the priorities of state policy."
The minister also noted the successful cooperation between the Azerbaijan Medical University and the IPA. According to him, reports of international experts and discussions during the first National Pediatric Congress held in Baku will contribute to the development of pediatrics in Azerbaijan.
In conclusion, the minister expressed hope for further successful development of relations.
Expressing his gratitude for the warm welcome, the President of IPA, Enver Hasanoglu, emphasized that he has visited frequently visited our country to participate in various international events. According to him, international congresses dedicated to the current issues in various healthcare fields, including pediatrics, have always been organized at a high level in Azerbaijan.
At the meeting, valuable discussions were held on the expansion of cooperation between the IPA and the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan in the field of pediatrics.
