A specialist of the Ministry of Health participated in the panel discussion at the international conference on "Early childhood intervention for optimal development of every child"
On November 9-10, a conference on "Early childhood intervention for optimal development of every child" was organized in Podgorica, the capital of the Republic of Montenegro.
Delegations of Croatia, Azerbaijan, Serbia, Montenegro, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Portugal and other countries participated in the event. Our country is represented at the international conference by Aynura Zeynalova, Head of the Protection Sector for Women, Mothers, Children and Adolescents (Ministry of Health), Yelena Israfilova, early childhood development specialist (UNICEF office in Azerbaijan), and Shabnam Shahgaldiyeva, consultant of the department of organization of maternal and child health (TABIB). The expert of the Ministry participated in the panel discussion held within the framework of the international conference.
The event's primary goal was to monitor the early development intervention in children in Europe and Central Asia and discuss the difficulties and solutions regarding the main issues. At the same time, ideas were exchanged in preparing the National Program for early childhood development and drawing up a road map.
