Minister of Health Holds Meeting with the Ambassador of Greece to Azerbaijan
Minister of Health Teymur Musayev met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Greece to Azerbaijan Maria Papakonstantinou.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the development of the healthcare system, medical education, training of qualified personnel, digital healthcare solutions, as well as opportunities for cooperation in the field of public healthcare.
Teymur Musayev provided information on the reforms implemented in the healthcare sector in our country, improving the population's access to medical services, the work done to digitalize healthcare, and the modernization of healthcare infrastructure.
The Ambassador expressed his gratitude for the hospitality and noted that Greece attaches importance to the development of cooperation with Azerbaijan in the field of healthcare. He emphasized the mutual interest in further expanding relations between the relevant institutions of the two countries. The meeting continued with an exchange of views on other issues of mutual interest.
